The Tenants' Association Yard Sale held May 24th was a great success. Thank you to all who donated items and their time to help out during the day.
The association raised close to $700.00 which will help pay the legal fees associated with our Landlord Tenant Board application.
And Congratulations to Cecilia the winner of $124.00 from the proceeds of our 50/50 draw ticket sales!

(Status Update)
Our Landlord and tenant application has been filed with the LTB.
The Landlord Tenant Board has a backlog of 38,000 cases.
We are part of that waiting list.
We will pass further information on to you as soon as we are advised.
Final sign off for the development proposal here at 500 Duplex has been completed, and we can now share the results of our mediation with the Developer. Some of this you have heard before and some is available on the City’s site, but this highlights some of the questions and concerns we have received from Residents.
